We invite you to our summer wedding celebration

You’ve been chosen to be a part of our intimate celebration at a heritage building on the West Coast of Ontario.

Dress code is summer beach semi-formal. Such as, Hawaiian shirts, linens, flowy maxi dresses, and floral prints. For colour inspiration, check out our mood board below.

Dear special guests of Will & Shannon’s wedding,

We have selected the menu from a local chef at Cork & Coast, and we would like you to choose your appetizer and main dish. Please select one option from each category and let us know by June 5th.

Appetizer (select one):

A) Roasted Scallop in brown butter foam, rhubarb broth, puffed wild rice
B) Beet Salad: Fresh dill and horseradish dressing, orange segments, crushed hazelnuts, mustard greens

Entreé (select one):

A) Sous vide heritage hen with truffle puree, dressed dandelion greens, grilled polenta, and lemongrass chicken jus
B) Braised beef in black garlic bbq sauce, creamed mesculin greens, pomme dauphine, glazed carrots
C) Roasted sweet potato with date mole, apricot gel, goat feta, roasted hazelnuts, fried chickpeas (V) 

Kids Entreé (select one):

A) Chicken Alfredo with penne
B) Burger sliders and fries
